“CYBER and DIGITAL SECURITY” at the exhibition “KADEX-2018”

The Ministry of Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within the framework of the exhibition “KADEX-2018” a conference “CYBER and DIGITAL SECURITY” was held, dedicated to the issues of information and communication technologies security and the protection of critical information and communication infrastructure. State regulators of a number of countries, foreign experts, owners of critical facilities, practitioners and representatives of development companies took part in the conference with reports on national approaches to regulating this sphere. To participate in the conference, the leaders and specialists in information security and informatization of the “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE were invited, represented by Mr. Khassangali Gapparov, the Head of the Information Technologies Department, and Mr. Akhmetbek Biyatov, the Head of the User Support Department.

The conference was devoted to the security of information and communication technologies and the protection of critical facilities, including “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE. The Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Minister of Defense and Aerospace Industry, representatives of national regulators of Japan, China, Malaysia, Jordan, Pakistan, Belarus, and others participated in the conference.

The high professional level of the event allowed the specialists to upgrade their skills, exchange experience, get acquainted with international achievements, establish partnerships, and also get acquainted with innovative developments in the field of ICT security and protection of critical information and communication infrastructure.
