New contemporary meteorological equipment was installed in the Kyzylorda subsidiary

According to the Investment Plan of the Enterprise, the meteorological service of the Kyzylorda subsidiary completed a project for installation a backup set of meteorological sensors as part of the Aerodrome Complex Radiotechnical Meteorological Station KRAMS-4.

The set of new equipment includes sensors:

• Visibility meters (nephelometers FS-11)

• Automatic weather stations AWS310, including anemometer (WAA151) and wind vane (WAV151), as well as a humidity and temperature probe (HMP155).

• Laser Ceilometers CL-31

To improve the quality of power supply and ensure uninterrupted power supply of equipment, the new positions are equipped with diesel generator sets.

These activities have significantly improved the quality of the meteorological service of the subsidiary, had a positive impact on air traffic safety, all the necessary recommendations of organizations regulating aviation activities have been taken into account.
