ICAO experts was presented a report of Kazakhstan on the implementation of standards and practices in the field of air navigation services

Yerevan hosted the 5th annual meeting of the ICAO Expert Group to promote the realization (implementation) of standards and recommended practices in the field of air navigation services (Air Navigation Services Implementation Support Group (ANSISG / 05).

The event was attended by representatives of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkey and Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of the European Organization for the Air Navigation Safety (EUROCONTROL), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC), the International Advisory and Analytical Agency “Safety”.

The Republic of Kazakhstan was represented at the meeting by employees of the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan - Senior Aviation Inspectors of the Air Navigation Department, as well as the Chairman of the Working Group, Mr. Kairat Tlenshin, the Deputy Director of the ATM Department of “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE.

During the meeting, states presented reports on the implementation of the ICAO Air Navigation System Block Upgrade (ASBU), as well as presentations by international organizations on safety issues in the field of air navigation and search and rescue flight support.

Representatives of the Kazakh delegation presented the Report of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in addition, detailed information was provided to the questions of the meeting participants about the activities of “Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan” JSC.

During the meeting, the achievements of Kazakhstan were noted in the servicing an increased air traffic in 2022 with a change in the structure of the airspace of Kazakhstan, as well as in the implementation of the Global Reporting Format on the state of the runway surface (GRF), which began to be applied in Kazakhstan from November 4, 2021, in accordance with the date designated by ICAO and the National GRF Implementation Plan.
