Training of conciliation commission members in the Atyrau subsidiary

On September 26, 2022, a seminar on mandatory annual training for members of the conciliation commission was held in the Atyrau subsidiary.

Mr. Khamet Serayev, the Head of the Personnel and Social Affairs Division of the Administrative and Personnel Work Department of “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE conducted the training on the application of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the development of negotiating skills and reaching consensus in labor disputes for members of the conciliation commission. The training was conducted in an accessible form with discussion and taking into account the work practice of conciliation commissions in other branches.

Based on the results of training and testing, the participants of the seminar were awarded the relevant certificates.
