Finnair and Qatar Airways launch codeshare flights from northern capitals to Doha

Finnair and oneworld alliance member Qatar Airways have entered into a long-term strategic cooperation agreement between Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Doha… Finnair and Qatar Airways are exploring the possibility of opening flights also between another European destination and Doha, the capital of Qatar. The passengers from the three Northern European cities will have the opportunity of  seamless connections via Doha with Qatar Airways' extensive network of around 100 destinations in Australia, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. This collaboration will open up new destinations and connections on Finnair's northern network for Qatar Airways customers. The programs are scheduled to start between November and December 2022.

They will be conducted by Finnair Airbus A330 aircraft, equipped new long-haul cabins including industry-leading Air Lounge business class seating, an all-new Premium Economy Class and an updated Economy Class.

The flights to Doha will be sold both on the Finnair’s website and ticket offices, as well as on Qatar Airways resources. From all three northern capitals: Helsinki, Stockholm and Copenhagen, the flights to Doha are scheduled daily.

Thanks to this codeshare agreement, travelers from the northern Europe countries will continue to have excellent connections to Doha with Finnair and further on a single ticket, from Qatar Airways to attractive travel and key business destinations in Asia, Africa, Australia and the Middle East.
