Mrs. Ainur Saparbayeva was appointed as the flight supervisor of ATS Service of Shymkent subsidiary in “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE

In the contemporary world, there are practically no areas of activity where women do not work on an equal basis with men. No one is surprised by female police officers and female pilots. Today, women work in both business and politics. This summer, for the first time in “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE, Mrs. Ainur Saparbayeva was appointed as the flight supervisor of the ATS service of the Shymkent subsidiary.

The future field of activity of a fragile girl was determined by the example of her father, who devoted his whole life to civil aviation. Mr. Koldybay Saparbayev has been in aviation since 1986, he flew as a flight-engineer, and currently works as a shift supervisor of the enterprise’s production and dispatcher service of “Shymkent Airport” JSC. By the way, Mr. Darkhan, Mrs. Ainur’s brother works as a co-pilot of a Boing777 for Qatar Airways.

After school, Mrs. Ainur entered the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications, graduating from which in 2004, she immediately entered Rudloe Manor College.

Having received the profession of an air traffic controller, in 2006 Mrs. Ainur entered the ATS service of the Shymkent subsidiary. Very soon, the specialists surrounding her at work understood that the girl could be trusted. The responsibility with which Mrs. Ainur approached her work did not give reason to doubt her competence, and any error of the air traffic controller could lead to an accident. A great desire to grow professionally, deservedly to be among the best, allowed Mrs. Ainur to consistently obtain admissions to the independent work in two sectors of the ACC, the Tower and the control point Briefing, admission to the instructor work.

In 2009, Mrs. Ainur and her husband Mr. Yerlan had a daughter Ms. Alua. The appearance of a child in the family, as a rule, switches the attention of a young mother to a newborn, but in the case of Mrs. Ainur, her desire to be in the profession does not weaken, after 11 months she came back from the childcare leave, restored her professional skills and successfully worked as an ACC air traffic controller.

In 2015, after completing the ab-initio training and obtaining a permit, Mrs. Ainur was appointed to the position of senior air traffic controller. Now, in tandem with the flight supervisor, she organized the work of all control points of the subsidiary’s ATS service. But there is no limit to growth and the desire to improve, in 2016 Mrs. Ainur entered the Kazakhstan Engineering and Pedagogical University of Peoples' Friendship, which she graduated in absentia in 2018 with a degree in foreign languages: English, German. And in 2019, she received the 5th level of English proficiency on the ICAO scale.

Possessing deep professional knowledge and sufficient experience in practical ATS, as a senior air traffic controller, Mrs. Ainur's ability to quickly navigate in changing conditions and instantly make the right decisions, while maintaining a high concentration of attention and coldness of mind, was fully revealed. She reliably performed the functions assigned to her. It was Mrs. Ainur's potential that inspired confidence in the heads of the ATS service and the subsidiary that she would adequately cope with the duties of a flight supervisor.

About her appointment, Mrs. Ainur says this: “In aviation, the main thing is to be responsible, constantly study, monitor your health, skillfully cope with difficulties, and everything will work out. I will try.”
