Karaganda branch of the RSE "Kazaeronavigatsiya" arranged a retirement ceremony for two experts at the RP "Zhezkazgan"

Tasks of corporate culture are relevant for our Enterprise. The corporate culture of the RSE "Kazaeronavigatsia" is based on respectful and careful attitude to established traditions, celebrations, cultural education. Our team celebrates joint birthdays, holidays such as the Independence Day, Victory Day, Day of the First President , March 8, New Year, Nauryz Meiramy, Eid al-Adha. Our Enterprise hosts corporate events that respecting traditions, thereby enabling employees to respect such events and participate in public life.

The ceremonial retirement ceremony is one of such events, whereby the staff of the Karaganda branch had arranged a retirement party for two experts N.V.Nishcheglov and F.M.Sadykov on May 20, 2022.

Nikolai Vasilyevich Nishcheglov is the Leading Engineer of the CNSATM Division at the Remote Position "Zhezkazgan". He has been working in the field of civil aviation industry since 1977, after graduating from the Rylsk Aviation Technical Civil Aviation School. He went from being a promising radio engineer to a leading engineer of the CNSATM Division. He held the positions of a radio engineer, 1st and 2nd category engineer, leading engineer, Head of the CNSATM Division at the Zhezkazgan branch. His working experience is 45 years.

Faris Midakhatovich Sadykov is the 1st category technician of the CNSATM Division at the Remote Position "Zhezkazgan". He has been working in the field of civil aviation industry since 1979, after graduating from the Omsk Flight Technical Civil Aviation School. He held various positions, including a radio technician, engineer, 2nd category engineer. His working experience is 43 years.

During the working period, both specialists have proven themselves to be a  good and qualified specialists. On behalf of the team, ex-employees were awarded with letters of thanks and memorable gifts.
