Kazakh delegation and European Commission discussed flight safety issues and technical cooperation with EASA

As part of the ongoing cooperation, the aviation authorities of Kazakhstan and the European Commission held a session in Brussels led by Chairman of the Civil Aviation Committee Talgat Lastayev, Advisor to the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development, Director General of the RSE "Kazaeronavigatsia" Azat Bekturov, Director General of JSC "Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan" Katalin Radu, Director for Aviation (DG MOVE) in the European Commission Philippe Cornelis.
The parties discussed a wide range of issues, including flight safety and sanctions policy of the European Union, technical cooperation with EASA, horizontal agreement with the European Union.
Following the session, the parties have agreed to continue working on the mutual cooperation.
