Our corporate culture is focused on a respectful, careful attitude to traditions, celebrations, cultural development of employees. Our friendly team always celebrate joint birthdays, as well as the Independence Day, Victory Day, Day of the First President of the Republic, March 8, New Year, Nauryz Meiramy, Eid al-Adha and other public holidays. Sometimes, the Enterprise hosts corporate events that respecting traditions and public state life, thereby educating employees in a respectful way.

One of such events is the ceremonial retirement for a well-deserved rest. On March 04, 2022, the Karaganda branch employees had organized a retirement of Vladimir Avgustovich Aab, the Deputy Head of the ATM Service. Vladimir Avgustovich has been working in the civil aviation industry since 1978 after graduating from the Riga Civil Aviation Technical School. He went from being a promising 3rd class controller of the Karaganda United Aviation Squadron to the Deputy Head of the ATM Service of the Karaganda branch of the RSE "Kazaeronavigatsiya". His working experience is 44 years and 4 months. During this period, he turned out to be an excellent leader and competent expert.

At the event, he was awarded by a letter of thanks and a memorable gift on behalf of the Enterprise. The branch team wished him many kind words and uncanny impression in the future.
