Air Astana resumes flights from January 19

On January 19, 2022, the airline revised the rules for ticket return and resumed regular flights to Colombo, Male, Phuket, London, Dubai, Antalya, Tbilisi, Baku, Tashkent, Dushanbe and Bishkek.

"If a flight is scheduled before January 31, 2022, then a ticket can be rebooked for free until February 28 or be fully refunded. To make a refund and rebook tickets is possible no later than 24 hours before the flight" - the carrier stated.

From January 19, the company's call center is open from 08:00 to 00:00. Sales offices at Almaty and Nur-Sultan airports are working 24/7. "Kazakhstan citizens who are still abroad can rebook their tickets for free at ticket reservations or by calling +7 727 244 44 77, +7 717 258 44 77, +7 702 702 44 77, in WhatsApp - +7 702 702 01 48, or in an online chat on the company's website," Air Astana stated.
