On November 30, the management of the Aktau branch of the "Kazaeronavigatsia" RSE conducted a meeting with students on the topic "Aviation Training and Employment Assistance" at the Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yessenov in Aktau. The main purpose is to enhance student engagement into the aviation industry and generate sustained interest in supporting air traffic controllers.

The meeting was attended by Flight Director of the ATM Service Sergey Bobyr and two controllers Zinur Zhienaliev and Yaroslav Tolstikov. The first speaker was S. Bobyr, who have been in the industry for more than 38 years. Despite the fact that young students have a general overview, they were asking more about the roles and responsibilities of air traffic controllers. Controllers Z Zhienaliev and Y. Tolstikov shared their experiences by responding to the questions and giving the useful information for the future. The University administration and students expressed their great appreciation to the branch employees of the RSE "Kazaeronavigatsia", stating that the meeting was fruitful and interesting.
