Wizz Air outsource its basic maintenance

From the summer of 2022, the Lithuanian MRO provider FL Technics will provide maintenance of Airbus A320ceo / neo aircraft of the low-cost airline Wizz Air. According to the contract's terms, the FL Technics base located in Vilnius will perform both scheduled and unscheduled basic maintenance of the Hungarian carrier within four years.

Previously, the companies have cooperated at the request of the client. FL Technics also provides airworthiness services to Wizz Air's Abu Dhabi division. According to Wizz Air Group, FL Technics has offered competitive service prices, flexibility and high quality standards, therefore Lithuanian company was chosen as a MRO partner.

Wizz Air's fleet consists of Airbus narrow-body aircrafts and currently has 119 aircrafts.
