By order of the acting Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 22, 2021, Passenger Service Standards at the airports of the Republic of Kazakhstan were amended, as reported by Kazpravda.kz with reference to Zakon.kz.
Thus, an authorized agent checks boarding passes, verifying the passenger's name with an identity document, or enters passenger data in an electronic document through the digital document service and, if special devices are available, he scans information from the boarding pass. Before the departure of the apron bus, the authorized agent announces the name of the airline, the route and flight number to passengers.
When registering a passenger with children, an authorized agent checks the document confirming the child's age (birth certificate or electronic document). When servicing pregnant passengers, the authorized agent checks a ticket, medical check-ups history (form No. 048 / y), issued no later than seven calendar days before the transportation. The order enters into force on November 8, 2021.
