The services of the capital's airport can be managed from a smartphone

Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport has implemented the NQZ mobile application. The NQZ mobile app can be used at the capital's international airport since July 30, EC citing with reference to the MIID press service. The application is available for IOS and Android users.

Through the NQZ application, a passenger can pay for airport services via a QR code and use such services as: payment by credit card; receive push notifications on flight status changes; create a useful channel for informing users about commercial airport services; optimize search and navigation services in airport terminals; create modern information and functional services to users; create an alternative feedback channel with the airport.

In the future, it is planned to further develop the application and expand services in the most important areas, such as health, self-service, contactless travel, baggage tracking and etc.
