Stratolaunch, being the largest operational aircraft in the world, operated its second flight, Tengrinews.kz writes. The giant aircraft rose into the sky from the Mojave aerospace port, California, USA.

The Stratolaunch Model 351 was created under the aerospace system project and has the largest wingspan in the aviation history 117 meters and length 73 meters. The air vehicle weighs 250 tons, with a maximum load of 590 tons. Height - 15.2 meters. Movement along the runway is provided by a 28-wheeled chassis. The aircraft is equipped with six Pratt & Whitney engines installed on a Boeing 747 and is capable of lifting 226 tons of cargo.
