UK-based startup Hans Airways aims to start services to India in the late October/early November time frame, CEO Satnam Saini told Aviation Week. “We need around six to eightweeks to finish off the regulatory paperwork he said.
According to the plan, two leased wide-body Airbus A330-200s will arrive at the company's disposal a month before the start of flights. The airline recently completed its second round of external fundraising, but did not disclose the amount of funds raised and the names of its main investors. According to the head of the company, finances are "enough to hold out for three years."
