The American manufacturer has discovered potential new electricity problems from Boeing 737 MAX jets while several airlines have started resuming their flights after a 2-year outage. According to the company, the failure may be occured particularly on several produced aircrafts, including a special determined group of liners. Reportedly, these determined aircrafts were delivered to 16 airlines, avianews writes.
In this regard, the manufacturer sent recommendations to customers to check the grounding of the component, which provide the operation of the electrical aircraft system. Pending the results of that review, airlines were advised to refrain from further flights. Boeing has promised to send the necessary instructions to operators to fix the problem.
In March 2019, Boeing 737 MAX flights have been suspended worldwide following the second crash of this type. After the problem was discovered, Boeing has updated the aircraft's software and developed a new pilot training program. These modifications have been approved by regulators around the world, including the United States, Europe and Canada. As a result, the Boeing 737 MAX began returning to commercial flights after the necessary changes and test flights.
