Air Serbia begins testing digital COVID passports

Serbia's national air carrier Air Serbia in cooperation with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) have begun testing IATA mobile covid passports for passengers, Euractiv reported.
The IATA Travel Pass application will assist tourists to travel more freely during the pandemic. This digital passport will contain information on vaccinations and coronavirus testing, whereby passengers will manage and send it to the country of destination. In addition, the application will include present data on the health regulations of the country.
The Serbian airline will be one of the first European carrier, joining the IATA global initiative. The apps will be tested on flights from Belgrade (Serbia) to Zurich (Switzerland).
