Georgia launches regular flights to Kazakhstan

From March 16, 2021, Air Astana will resume regular international flights on the Almaty - Tbilisi - Almaty route with a frequency of three flights per week.

Flights will be carried out on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays by Airbus A320 / 321. Moreover, flights will be operated in strict compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements and in accordance with the published schedule on the airline's websites.

The decision to resume flights between two countries was adopted by the Georgian side by lifting restrictions on granting the rights to cross the border by Kazakhstan citizens since March 1.
