The Professional Training Center of the RSE "Kazaeronavigatsia", being a full partner of TRAINAIR PLUS ICAO since 2016, has been constantly engaged in course development related to the ICAO methodology.

All the courses developed under this program are validated by GAT ICAO experts, signifying their compliance to total quality standards and international training requirements for aviation stuff.

The Professional Training Center of the RSE "Kazaeronavigatsia" has already had four such STP. From 01 to 12 February, 2021, a new fifth course Instructional Techniques Training for ATC OJTI and STDI developed by the Center's specialists was conducted in Nur-Sultan.

This course is intended for controllers-trainers and trainers of ATM simulators, as well as being an ICAO Compatible Training Package (CTP) and developed exclusively in accordance with ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs), based on agreement between TRAINAIR PLUS member and the ICAO GAT office. The course was implemented and conducted in English, the course validators appreciated the guidance and training materials. In turn, theoretical and practical training have been achieved due to experts: controllers-trainers and trainers of simulators of the SE RC ATM and CK RC ATM branches, whose professional excellence was also marked by validators and course participants.

Currently, the ICAO Training Library contains only two CTPs developed by ICAO Regional Centers. It will be available to program participants under the number CTP/FSM/213/ATCOJT/004EN.
