DVOR / DME equipment was put into operation at the remote position Arkalyk of the Kostanay branch

Under the Development Program of the RSE "Kazaeronavigatsia" until 2025 and the Air Navigation System Development Plan of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2022, as well as to improve the service by providing the aeronautical information, thereby the DVOR 432 / DME 435 equipment was installed at the remote position Arkalyk of the Kostanay branch.

Omnidirectional VHF beacon DVOR / DME has been successfully completed acceptance tests, ground-handled and flight checks.

On November 19, 2020, DVOR / DME equipment was put into operation and was posted on Aeronautical Information Publication in accordance with the AIRAC timelines.
