On April 1, 2026, a working meeting was held at the central office (Astana) of “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE between Mr. Faat Bogdashkin, the Director General of “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE and Mr. Johan Eidhagen, the President of “FlyArystan” JSC.

The meeting was held as an acquaintance to each other in connection with Johan Eidhagen's appointment as President of “FlyArystan” JSC. The parties expressed mutual interest in building constructive and long-term cooperation.

During the meeting, current issues of operational interaction were discussed, including the effectiveness of joint work and interaction procedures. The tariff policy of “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE in terms of air navigation charge rates applied to domestic airlines and their competitiveness in the regional context was discussed separately.

Considerable attention was paid to the development of the domestic route network of “FlyArystan” RSE, in particular the expansion of flight geography in the western regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The issues of increasing flight frequency and opening new destinations as part of the strategy for expanding domestic transportation were discussed.

Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their readiness for regular dialogue and further strengthening of relations in the interest of development of the aviation industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and improvement of access to air travel for the population.
